However, this type of professional offer of services raises customizing challenges requiring a review of the key components of service delivery: the therapeutic relationship, emergency situations’ management, the specific needs of certain customer groups, the service delivery context (individual, couple, group), etc. This training will also examine the issues related to online supervision.
